A tech company moved into a 5,000㎡ open-plan headquarters and wanted greenery to reduce visual fatigue and zone spaces without hiring a dedicated maintenance team. We delivered a fully artificial greenery program.
Configuration
- Entrance feature wall: 15㎡ faux fern green wall
- Open office: 180 mixed-height faux potted plants (happiness tree, monstera, snake plant)
- Meeting-room dividers: 12 double-sided 1.2m green hedges
- Breakout areas: 8 hanging kokedama sets plus floor-standing olive trees
After handover, no watering, pruning or grow lights are needed; the greenery stays consistent year-round with near-zero facilities overhead.
